Apparently team Canada was practising 3 on 0s with Carey Price in nets and he was shutting them down. Not surprising, since Carey is used to that type of defense playing in Montreal.

Like a lot of 30 something fathers, I've let myself go somewhat over the last few years. I've gone from resistance training 3x week and eating relatively clean, to eating like shit and being completely sedentary with a desk job.
My clothes don't fit like they used to, and I'm panting after 5 minutes of playing with the kids - so I decided to start getting some exercise in the form of running in the evenings after the kids' bed time.
I wanted to start this thread in the hope there might be...
