So I've lost 20+ pounds since the start of the year by (a) eating much better and (b) running 3-5 miles a day. But I want to lose a little more/get more toned and have obviously heard how great p90x is.
For those who've used it would you recommend it? And as a follow up, if I were to just get the basic package, have you ever used this at the gym? Wondering about uploading it to my computer then putting it on my phone. Don't feel like buying the extra equipment for my house. TIA GBR NFM
