i have a 20 yr old water heater. works ok, probably going to explode at some point and kill my ass, but otherwise no huge need to replace now

i can get a nice new one installed with rebate etc. for 700. thinkin about going ahead and doing it since most water heaters now are going more expensive thanks to california regulations that all manufacturers are adhering by.

is 700 installed for a 50 gallon tank good?

I love skyscrapers and skylines, easily my favorite part about visiting any new city. Here are a few of my favorites, add yours as well and any discussion. I think with all the supertalls going up in the world (and Dubai alone) this could be an interesting thread.
