I am headed to Austin for ACL in September. Originally it was just going to be for the festival but I scheduled some work out there and some time off and will now be in Austin for a little over 3 weeks. I have been there a few times before, but never for such an extended stay. Looking for suggestions on things to do. I will be staying downtown at the Driskill. On the list so far:

Barton Springs
Food: Salt Lick, Hudson's, Hula Hut, and Home Slice (when out on South Congress)
Golf (at least...

I liked bright. 7 out of 10. I think netflix has something cooking with these straight to screen movies.

Ham handed metaphor (racial relations) flat beginning and ending, but middle of movie is great

The gap between RT critic and audience ratings for the movie is massive

i get a bonus this friday, and have been researching some options for new TVs. below is a list of of sets that i'm interested in, i'd like to purchase at Best Buy, since i have a gift card there for a couple hundred bucks. i was thinking of putting that all towards the warranty. i haven't bought a new tv in a while, so any suggestions on these models. or tips on what to look for, would be appreciated. also, i've heard you can price match at BB, anyone have a good success story?
