Today is an American classic--bacon, egg, and cheese on a roll. The NY staple is to add salt, pepper, and ketchup. Delicious.
I had the bacon chopped to achieve maximum BPB (bacon per bite) and toasted the roll.
I have iced coffee and water drink to wash it down. Haven't decided on what sauce yet. I'll report back later.
