I just started a factory job that consists of about 7.5 hours of me being on my feet. You can wear any kind of shoes so I've been wearing my old Shox but by the end of the work day, my feet are just aching as all hell.

Anybody have some recommendations of some shoes that would help out with this problem? Should I invest in some gel insoles? TIA
