Ham handed metaphor (racial relations) flat beginning and ending, but middle of movie is great

I've got an opportunity to become a 1/2 owner of an existing business. Its turnkey, been around for a while, profitable (not huge money by any means) but has been on the decline since the current owners have completely checked out. Its actually incredible the business is profitably with how little effort is currently being put into it.

The business would require a large loan to build a new building, if its going to grow it definitely will require this. The person who would own the other 1/2...
