Today is an American classic--bacon, egg, and cheese on a roll. The NY staple is to add salt, pepper, and ketchup. Delicious.

I had the bacon chopped to achieve maximum BPB (bacon per bite) and toasted the roll.

I have iced coffee and water drink to wash it down. Haven't decided on what sauce yet. I'll report back later.

Anyone have recommendations for all inclusive resorts in the Cancun area?

Going with friends and bringing young kids. Just a long weekend trip later this year. I've had Playa Mujeres recommended to us but everyone that went stayed at Excellence, which is adults only.
