Any body else on this fucking board a queer coffee snob too?

This is my first week with the Technivorm brewer and baratza vitruoso grinder system. I brew Kean coffees from Africa and Intelligentsia coffees from latin america. I'm getting pretty bad as I installed a reverse osmosis system in my house just to get the right mineral content in my water. I take my brew seriously -- and it's almost out of hand.

The star of our high school football team recently took his own life out of nowhere, leaving behind a wife and a child. Makes me wonder.

I am headed to Austin for ACL in September. Originally it was just going to be for the festival but I scheduled some work out there and some time off and will now be in Austin for a little over 3 weeks. I have been there a few times before, but never for such an extended stay. Looking for suggestions on things to do. I will be staying downtown at the Driskill. On the list so far:
