Sleeping disorders
So I have horrible sleep paralysis and night terrors. I get the someone holding my head down and seeing a shadowy figure/hearing things ones. Sucks because it basically ruins my night's sleep because if I try to go back to sleep I just feel that wave of impending doom start to wash over me every time I try. Anyone else have this? I've read it's somewhat common, at least the paralysis part.

Figured with pitchers and catchers reporting in a few days and mock drafts beginning to take place it was time to start a thread.
The dynasty league I'm in keeps 22-25 MLB guys and 13-15 MILB and has already had two trades.
The First was
Greinke for Robbie Ray and Ronald Acunda
The second trade was made by me was
Wade Davis for Bird, Hader and the 9th overall pick
