Started getting into some woodworking recently. Currently building a miter saw stand so I don't have to keep using a damn card table.

Since the last thread that was about home brewing got destroyed when we lost our servers I figured I would just make a new one.

I am planning on making a Holiday Seasonal Beer (Cinnamon Ale) recipe attached

Thoughts/Suggestions? My only concern is I've never used cinnamon before and I'm not sure If i have enough/too much for a 5Gal batch...

Yo, I'm taking out a couple if clients in your city this weekend. Flying in tomorrow for a weekend meeting and bringing a couple of guys just out of residency and one just out of fellowship for a lab. Will have Thursday/Friday/Saturday to entertain.
