Been going hard in the paint recently with quinoa. Had grown tired of it a while ago, but mixing it with sriracha has given it new life.

I'm running a race in January. I've never run something like this before and I would like advice on how to handle this. Training advice, workout plans, etc

We're renting out this cabin in Michigan this weekend. Group of friends for some halloween festivities. Trying to think of some good pranks to fuck w the girls. Cabin is secluded on a lake. Ripe for creepy shit.

Open to suggestions.

I like to rotate between clam chowder, beef with veggies, a nice cheddar-potato and good old chicken noodle. Sometimes I'll hit up Panera for their broccoli and cheddar. Best part about the weather getting colder.

I do miss Korean soups something awful though. God-tier soup game they have over there.
