Formally accepted a job last week that requires a move to the Richmond area - searched the board and didn't find any dedicated threads.

Looking for general recs on what to look out for during the move. Best neighborhoods for 30 yr old married couple? We rent now so my relocation package is based on that - ideally I think we would want to rent for the first 6 months to a year before looking to buy a place.

Have been to Richmond a few times and am pretty excited. Hoping there are enough...

Alright. I'm just gonna go through and make a list of 20 dogs in the thread that I think deserve nomination. Then, the board will vote on the 20 and the top 10 vote getters will be in the official TMB dog hall of fame.

If anyone else wants to be part of the nomination committee, let me know. I don't want to do this by myself bc then I'll get all the shit when everyone disagrees.

Hey guys, I don't like doing this but I have a go fund me to bump. I know these people simply through the charity work that I do that they are a tremendous help with. These are good hearted folks who operate the only "budget" grocery store in my town and a ton of people rely on them.

Cliffs: A small grocery store gets destroyed in a historic flood but wasn't technically on a flood plain, they are getting no help and likely have to close...
