CrossFit
Are there any TMB CrossFitters? I saw a few one-off threads mentioning it (notably the muscle chicks thread lol), but no dedicated thread. I've been CrossFitting religiously for 2.5 years now (/lookatme) and think it's awesome.

Dealing with Depression Thread: an even safer place than the original
I thought this thread was helpful so I'm bringing it back.
Buddy of mine from college tried to kill himself last week. Went thru a very bad breakup, apparently decided to kill himself to get back at his ex. It's a messed up situation. He posted this long thing on Facebook about why. I get texted asking if I know where he lives now, they call the local cops, who find him before he does anything and put him in 72-hr suicide watch. I'm waiting for updates now.

Rich Texas Physician Murdered (not me)
The one-time time Doctor for President George HW Bush was murdered recently riding his bicycle, as he did every day, to work. The murderer rode up alongside him on his own bicycle and shot the physician where he soon after died. There is video out there but I can’t bring myself to post it as I have a heavy emotional attachment to this story for obvious reasons.
