i have a 20 yr old water heater. works ok, probably going to explode at some point and kill my ass, but otherwise no huge need to replace now

i can get a nice new one installed with rebate etc. for 700. thinkin about going ahead and doing it since most water heaters now are going more expensive thanks to california regulations that all manufacturers are adhering by.

is 700 installed for a 50 gallon tank good?

I love this fucking show. I love watching people react to hot food and this is a show that puts out a new episode every week.
