i have a 20 yr old water heater. works ok, probably going to explode at some point and kill my ass, but otherwise no huge need to replace now

i can get a nice new one installed with rebate etc. for 700. thinkin about going ahead and doing it since most water heaters now are going more expensive thanks to california regulations that all manufacturers are adhering by.

is 700 installed for a 50 gallon tank good?

Mark my words.

Elite coaches don't lose to Navy, SMU and Memphis in the same season.

Strong was actually a HUGE failure at Louisville, he parlayed Teddy Bridgewater and a fluke win over a Florida team that completely had given up on the season, into a job at Texas. And now he is getting a $10.7 million parting gift.
