I’ve used the sleep cycle app for 1,675 nights over the last 5 years.

Was looking at my sleep quality data and damn Im mad at myself.

I average 6.5 hours of sleep a night. It’s been about 6 hours flat for the last 2 years.

Feels like I’m taking years off my life and definitely want to make a concerted effort hit 8 hours consistently.

How is your sleep hygiene?

Second Tuesday of July.

There were like three video game stores in Ohio that would sell the game a week early every year. I have the utmost respect for those establishments.

For me, nothing will ever compare to NCAA 2004's Texas Longhorns. Putting RS Freshman Vince Young at QB with Cedric Benson and Roy Williams. Derrick Johnson and Nate Vasher on defense

Curious if anyone else likes them. I was looking through Amazon and found a bunch of games that people freaking love, but I'd never heard of.

Recently found out my sister’s husband has Stage 4 Colon Cancer that has metastasized to his liver and lungs. The same thing killed my dad 12 years ago. I hurt so much for my sis and feel so bad because I can’t do anything to help except stand by and be there for when they need me.

My dad got to see Kendall twice before he passed and never met Meatball :(
